Wade Alliance

Leadership Consulting with a DEI lens

Keynote Speaking
When the presentation ends the inspiration and motivation has just begun.
Presentations should be more than a spectator sport. The Wade Alliance engages, educates, and interacts with its audience. We strongly believe that this approach to learning has a greater impact than more traditional presentations. We know that we have successfully done our job when we leave the audience inspired to action and confident in the path forward.

Gaining a new perspective is essential to any organization’s ability to adapt and build cohesiveness. Thought provoking ideas challenge assumed facts; incite the desire to learn more; and allow exploration of areas that might need change.

The Wade Alliance creates custom presentations to fit the message of your event and is specifically focused on the following areas:
  • Implicit Bias
  • Change Management
  • Service-Driven Leadership
  • Team Building
  • Priority Setting
Our objectives are:
  • To clearly communicate your company’s message
  • To inspire and motivate your audience to action
  • To connect leadership, team building and inclusion
  • To inspire others to seek new perspectives

The Wade Alliance can help your organization connect its message to its audience.
Implicit Bias

The Wade Alliance recognizes that creating a conference, seminar or other event focused on implicit bias is challenging; it can be difficult for the audience to acknowledge their own biases. Therefore it is essential that a keynote speaker understands the relationship of implicit bias to your work culture and demonstrates how to address its relevance to your audience in a manner that educates, entertains, and calls to action. The Wade Alliance can create a unique presentation for your audience using authentic examples that reveal some of the biases that we all have. Automatic thinking or unconscious bias is an evocative subject that must be addressed in a way that inspires and unifies the audience. With an understanding of how the topic of bias can create defensiveness, the Wade Alliance is adept at tactfully approaching the subject of bias.
 Change Management

Culture is an adaptable set of ideas, customs, language, traditions, beliefs, and practices created by the members. Change is expected in any organization with a growing workforce. Some organizations actively seek change and recruit people that can catalyze change while other organizations resist change, fearful that a new perspective or process may decrease profits, moral, or values. The Wade Alliance can share relevant military and medical examples of managing change in both situations. For organizations seeking change, we can help focus the audience on sharpening the tools used by change agents. In organizations without designated change agents we inspire members to take on the role as a leader and an innovator within the organization. The most important tools rely on communication, engagement and education for every level of the organization. Encouraging the preservation of what is felt to be the best of the current culture, while identifying and building upon those elements can be the foundation of a productive meeting. Change is either growth or decay, and the Wade Alliance is dedicated to communicating the need to move towards growth.
 Service-Driven Leadership

Who would follow a pediatrician into combat? The unique intersection of military service, medicine, and influencing young adults to excel sets the stage for a keynote message on the importance of selfless leadership in any business. Service-driven or selfless leadership is the process of putting the needs of the many above the needs of the leader. Regardless of whether you are in a resource-poor or resource-rich environment, the challenges that businesses routinely face are better served by selfless leadership. The Wade Alliance will craft a poignant message for every leader and potential leader in your organization.
